Structure and characteristics of medium frequency coreless induction melting furnace

This equipment is an intermediate frequency coreless induction melting furnace (non vacuum), which uses controllable silicon static intermediate frequency power supply for induction heating. It is used for smelting and thermal insulation of copper, aluminum, stainless steel and other non-ferrous metals. It is generally divided into aluminum shell structure and steel shell structure according to the furnace capacity. Aluminum shell structure generally adopts the furnace tilting mode powered by reducer (there are a few hydraulic tilting furnaces), and steel shell structure generally adopts the furnace tilting mode powered by hydraulic pressure.

The furnace body is composed of furnace shell, induction coil, furnace lining (the furnace lining is prepared and sintered by the user according to the formula provided in this manual), and RZS reducer During smelting, the water-cooled cable of the induction coil, the capacitor cabinet, and the silicon controlled medium frequency power cabinet must be cooled by water. The furnace lining is close to the induction coil, compacted and sintered by quartz sand. The tilting of the furnace body is directly driven by the tilting furnace reduction gearbox. The tilting furnace reduction gearbox is a two-stage worm gear with good self-locking property. The rotation is stable and reliable. In case of emergency power failure, the furnace can be tilted manually to avoid danger.
